90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Customers may request a return or exchange for products purchased from DAIERTEK within 90 days from the date of receipt, based on the delivery confirmation provided by the logistics carrier.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer service team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • A description of the issue and any other relevant details

Once the returned item arrives at DAIERTEK’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund or exchange process will begin promptly.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must show no signs of use and remain in its original, unused, and unmodified condition
  • All original accessories must be included
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Original shipping order or invoice (if applicable) must be included

If these conditions are not met, the return or exchange request may be partially refunded or rejected.

  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, only the product cost itself is refundable
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused

Wrong or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@daiertekgo.com within 90 days (including national holidays) from the day after the product is received to apply for a return or exchange.

Returned packages are typically processed within 7 working days after arrival at our warehouse. Once processing is complete, we will arrange a refund or exchange and notify you of the progress via email.

  • Refund processing time: 1–2 working days (subject to payment provider processing)
  • Exchanges depend on inventory availability at the time of inspection

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects for products sold directly by DAIERTEK or its authorized resellers are covered by a limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Quality-related warranty claims for purchases made through authorized distributors or retailers are handled by DAIERTEK.

For approved quality-related claims, products will be replaced with a factory-refurbished item of equal value when available. If unavailable, a new replacement will be provided.

Warranty coverage for replacement items continues for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days after replacement, whichever is longer. Once a product has been fully refunded, the warranty becomes void.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a quality-related warranty claim, the buyer must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Documentation of troubleshooting steps performed
  • The defective product’s serial number and/or clear visual evidence showing the defect

In some cases, the defective product may need to be returned for quality inspection.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Accepted proof of purchase includes:

  • Order number from purchases made through DAIERTEK or authorized resellers
  • Sales invoice
  • Dated sales receipt from an authorized DAIERTEK reseller showing product details and price

In certain cases, multiple forms of proof may be required, such as payment confirmation and shipping address verification.

Warranty claims for product defects must be submitted within 90 days after opening a warranty claim. Claims submitted outside the original warranty period or the 90-day claim window, whichever is longer, will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs Covered by the Buyer

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and related costs in the following situations:

  • Returns for reasons other than confirmed product defects
  • Warranty claims for items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Accidental or mistaken returns by the buyer
  • Returning personal items
  • Items claimed to be defective but found to be fully functional after inspection
  • International returns of defective items
  • Unauthorized return shipments

If the return is due to buyer responsibility, the buyer must cover round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional cross-border fees. We do not accept shipments with shipping fees collected upon delivery.

Return Shipping Instructions

Returned items must be securely packaged. Before the return package is delivered, the buyer must provide a valid tracking number and remains responsible for the shipment during transit.

We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service. DAIERTEK is not responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return transportation.

  • Import duties
  • Local taxes or customs-related charges

Not Covered Under Warranty

The following situations are not covered:

  • Damage caused by external factors

  • Personal items mistakenly returned to us
